Susana Domingues, scholarship holder from the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra - Portugal tells us the history of the cold industry in Portugal, and the significant changes that this industry induce in the Portuguese society, in health, in the quality and quantity of food available, or even in the emancipation of women.
